Role Description:

Business Operations and Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business roles, ensuring high-quality hiring aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Define hiring strategies in partnership with leadership, manage a team of recruiters and recruitment partners, and drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute strategically to

    by providing recruitment insights and aligning hiring execution with product development goals.
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines using creative and data-driven channels and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Oversee daily business operations and administrative processes, ensuring alignment across departments and smooth internal coordination.
  • Collaborate with finance and admin teams to track expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Manage HRIS platforms and ensure accuracy in employee data, payroll inputs, onboarding, exits, and policy compliance.
  • Drive the complete performance management cycle — goal setting, continuous feedback, appraisals, and calibrations with managers.
  • Develop dashboards and insights to inform strategic decision-making in both operations and people functions.
  • Ensure internal communications, employee engagement processes, and compliance frameworks are effectively executed across teams.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations, business operations, and talent acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong execution and ownership mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling recruitment at scale across IT services and tech functions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and product collaboration is a strong plus.
