Senior Travel Executive

A Senior Travel Executive designs complex itineraries, manages corporate/VIP client accounts, builds supplier relationships, handles bookings (flights, hotels), resolves issues, and mentors junior staff, requiring 5+ years' experience, strong negotiation, booking system skills, and deep destination knowledge to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and satisfying travel experiences. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Itinerary Design: Consult with clients (corporate/VIP/leisure) to understand needs, then create tailored, complex, end-to-end travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. Supplier & Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers; negotiate rates, packages, and services. Booking & Logistics: Manage all bookings, ensuring accuracy in systems, and coordinating logistics for smooth travel. Customer Service & Problem Solving: Provide expert advice (visas, insurance, trends) and resolve issues promptly, acting as a point of contact during travel. Mentorship & Leadership: Coach junior consultants, support team managers, and potentially lead projects or team efforts. Budget & Policy Adherence: Monitor budgets, ensure compliance with company policies, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, regulations, and new booking technologies. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years in travel planning, consultancy, or a related field, with experience handling corporate/VIP accounts. Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and travel booking platforms. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, organization, project management, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Deep understanding of global destinations, travel advisories, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
