We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating exceptional travel experiences for individual and corporate clients, providing expert advice, and managing complex itineraries. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions while ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Design and book customized domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and special requests. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, visa requirements, insurance, and local regulations. Manage complex travel arrangements for corporate accounts, group bookings, and luxury leisure travelers. Proactively handle travel changes, disruptions, and emergencies, ensuring seamless support for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business. Keep up to date with travel industry trends, supplier offerings, and emerging destinations. Negotiate and liaise with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and terms for clients. Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
