• Engage with customers to understand their

  including flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and more.
• Share

  expert destination insights

  and make personalized suggestions.
• Handle inquiries via

  calls, emails, and chats

  professionally and promptly.
• Drive

  sales closures

  and manage post-sales documentation and service.
• Build and nurture

  client relationships

  for repeat business and referrals.
• Keep updated on

  visa norms, travel trends, and product offerings

  .
• Achieve individual and team

  sales targets

  consistently.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Travel Consultant)

• Handle

  VIP/high-value clients

  and manage

  complex itineraries

• Mentor and train

  junior consultants

• Coordinate with

Requirements:

• Strong

  sales mindset

  and ability to meet targets
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  ; knowledge of

  Amadeus, Galileo, or Travel CRM

  is a plus
• Demonstrated

  passion for travel

  and deep understanding of destinations
