Design and present customized holiday packages including flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and more. Share expert destination insights and make personalized suggestions. Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly. Drive sales closures and manage post-sales documentation and service. Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Keep updated on visa norms, travel trends, and product offerings . Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently. Additional Responsibilities (Senior Travel Consultant) Handle VIP/high-value clients and manage complex itineraries . Mentor and train junior consultants . Coordinate with operations and vendors for smooth service delivery.
