Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App SNOW Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM and Basic Programming. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality of our software products. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts for Web App and SNOW applications. Provide comprehensive manual end-to-end business process automation (E2E BPA) testing to validate system functionality. Utilize Rally and HP ALM for test management tracking and reporting of defects and test results. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality. Implement basic programming skills to create automated test scripts and enhance testing efficiency. Monitor and report on test progress providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes. Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality software products that meet customer expectations. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Web App and SNOW testing with hands-on experience in manual E2E BPA. Demonstrate proficiency in using Rally and HP ALM for test management and defect tracking. Exhibit basic programming skills to support automated testing efforts. Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products. Show experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. Display excellent communication and collaboration skills. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Certifications Required ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) or equivalent.
