Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across card and digital banking platforms.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and manage multiple test cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers.
• Mentor QA engineers in test case design, UAT scripting, and defect tracking.
• Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test results and defect closure.
• Drive compliance and regulatory testing as per industry standards.
• Oversee integration testing across:

• CMS

  : TSYS Prime or Way4

• Banking channels

  : Mobile, Internet, ATM

• Wallet systems

  : Tokenization & Digital Wallets
• Prepare and deliver risk assessments, detailed test reports, and KPIs.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• CMS expertise

  : Hands-on experience with

  Way4 and/or TSYS Prime

• Card Lifecycle

  : In-depth knowledge of the

  entire card lifecycle

• Functional Testing

  in:
• Issuance
• Acquiring
• Tokenization
• Switching
• Experience with

  ATM/POS transactions

  testing
• Strong experience in

  UAT Testing

• Willingness to

  travel to Qatar by end of August 2025

Additional Requirements

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in card domain testing
• Strong analytical, defect triaging, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and in global team settings
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
