Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Territory Manager located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in their designated region, building relationships with key customers, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also provide market insights, drive brand visibility, and lead a team of sales representatives.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Business Development, and Territory Management skills
Experience in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
Leadership and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus
Fluency in local languages spoken in Andhra Pradesh
