Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Telesales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and guiding junior telesales staff. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales Answer incoming customer inquiries and upsell/cross-sell products or services Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback using CRM software Mentor and assist junior telesales associates to improve performance Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth customer onboarding Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) 2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused approach
