Senior Telecommunication Engineer – IoT & TELCO Platforms

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled *Senior Telecommunication Engineer* with deep expertise in *IoT solutions* and *TELCO platforms*, including *NOKIA, Ericsson, and Axiros*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising telecom networks and IoT integrations to enhance service delivery and network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* *Network Design & Deployment:*

 * Design and implement end-to-end telecommunication systems, focusing on LTE/5G and IoT integration.

 * Work with multi-vendor platforms (NOKIA, Ericsson, Axiros) to deploy scalable network solutions.

* *IoT Integration & Management:*

 * Architect and integrate IoT platforms and solutions for smart connectivity.

 * Ensure compatibility and performance across diverse devices and protocols.

* *System Configuration & Optimization:*

 * Configure network equipment and platforms for optimal performance.

 * Analyze KPIs and implement enhancements across TELCO and IoT services.

* *Project Management & Coordination:*

 * Lead cross-functional teams in telecom/IoT projects.

 * Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.

* *Maintenance & Troubleshooting:*

 * Provide expert-level support for complex network issues.

 * Perform root cause analysis and ensure rapid problem resolution.

* *Compliance & Documentation:*

 * Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

 * Document configurations, architectures, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

* *Technical Skills:*

 * Strong knowledge of NOKIA, Ericsson (OSS/BSS, core & RAN), and Axiros (ACS/TR-069).

 * Experience with LTE/5G, NB-IoT, and IoT connectivity protocols (MQTT, CoAP).

 * Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP) and scripting (Python, Bash).
