Senior Telecom Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  rate plan and feature analysis

  to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
• Analyze devices and recommend the most suitable plans/features based on usage.
• Review accounts for

  zero-use devices

  and manage deactivation where required.
• Perform

  spend & trend analysis

  to track telecom cost patterns.
• Monitor

  data usage

  , identify high data users, and provide corrective recommendations.
• Perform

  unbilled usage analysis

  and ensure timely billing.
• Validate rate plans and features against

  contract compliance

  .
• Identify and resolve

  billing discrepancies

  in wireless accounts.
• Review provider contracts, terms, and ensure adherence.
• Manage devices for

  exit employees

  and ensure proper offboarding.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in

  wireless telecom/TEM

  .
• Advanced level of English (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making

  skills.
• Proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  , especially

  Advanced Excel

  (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
