Senior Telecaller

Job Opening: Telecaller – Client Communication & New Business Development (NBD) Industry: Fabrics & Textiles Location: Okhla phase 2 Company: Clothwala We are looking for an intelligent, well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call and communicate with export houses, garment factories, and apparel brands for New Business Development (NBD) and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients for New Business Development Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships Introduce our fabric collections, services, and product solutions in a consultative tone Maintain proper call logs, follow-up schedules, and client data Coordinate with the merchandising and sales team for lead conversion Key Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) High intelligence and fast learning ability Confidence while speaking with senior professionals (founders, sourcing heads, designers) Understanding of basic textile/fabric terms is a plus (training will be given) Positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and ability to handle rejections gracefully Who Should Apply: Someone who enjoys talking to people and building long-term professional relationships Has the drive to understand client requirements and pitch value accordingly Freshers with excellent English and high IQ are also welcome Previous experience in B2B sales/telecalling/textile industry will be preferred What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with 300+ leading brands and designers Learning environment with deep exposure to the fashion & textile industry Mentorship and career growth within a reputed textile business Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,572.21 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Cold calling: 7 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
