Production Merchandiser

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production from fabric sourcing to final dispatch. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to ensuring timely production and seamless vendor coordination Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end fabric order follow-ups (grey to finished) Coordinate with mills, printers, dyeing units, and vendors Prepare and monitor Time & Action (TNA) calendars Troubleshoot production delays and resolve bottlenecks Ensure quality checks and maintain documentation Support dispatch planning and ensure on-time deliveries Liaise with teams in Delhi & Surat for seamless workflow Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in production merchandising Proficient in Excel and production planning tools Deadline-oriented with clear communication skills Strong understanding of fabric processing and supply chain Capable of managing multiple orders, suppliers, and timelines Preferred Background: Graduate in Textile/Fashion/Apparel Merchandising Experience with garment factories, export houses, or textile mills
