Field Executive – Office & Outside Work

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Field Executive who can manage both office and outside responsibilities. The role requires handling day-to-day operational work, deliveries, and coordination between our offices, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with office administrative work and support different departments
• Handle local travel for delivery of samples, documents, and official material
• Coordinate with vendors, mills, and clients for collections and submissions
• Maintain proper record of field visits and reporting back to office
• Assist in dispatch, courier, and transport-related tasks
• Support production and merchandising teams in following up with suppliers
• Ensure timely completion of all outside work assigned by the director or office staff

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle outdoor tasks confidently and responsibly
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and phone communication
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Ability to travel locally in Delhi-NCR as per business needs

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler (fuel allowance will be provided)
• Valid driving license
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,150.94 - ₹19,000.00 per month
