We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller to manage and lead our telecalling operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and prior experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment. You will play a key role in handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatments, and packages.
Convert inquiries into appointments and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain and update the patient database in the CRM system.
Supervise and mentor junior telecallers, ensuring team performance and quality.
Coordinate with doctors and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, conversions, and appointments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Relationship Executive, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage).
Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
Good computer skills and experience using CRM or appointment management systems.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Leadership and team coordination skills preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
