Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor with a proven track record in guiding students through educational choices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments by understanding student needs and offering appropriate course guidance. A background in education or healthcare-related institutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, and convert them into successful admissions.
• Provide detailed counselling on cosmetology and aesthetic programs, including course modules, eligibility, duration, fees, and career outcomes.
• Evaluate students' academic background and career interests to suggest suitable courses.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly enrolled students.
• Support academic coordination by liaising with faculty and administrative teams.
• Address academic concerns of students during their course and guide them appropriately.
• Maintain student records, documentation, and daily reports using CRM or internal systems.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Education, Psychology, Life Sciences, or Healthcare).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, preferably in the cosmetology, healthcare, or education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Pleasant personality with a problem-solving approach.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with courses related to Aesthetic Medicine or Clinical Cosmetology.
• Experience working in vocational training or professional institutes.
• Background in student admissions or educational sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
