Academic Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building relationships, and promoting our trading and financial education programs to prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Present and promote training programs, course structures, and career opportunities in trading and finance.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals.
• Achieve sales and enrollment targets in line with company objectives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
• Collaborate with trainers and administrative teams for smooth onboarding and program delivery.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for Business, Finance, or related fields).
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with potential students and clients.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets/trading is an advantage (training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
