Academic Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students in choosing the right trading programs, provide information about courses, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Explain training programs, course structure, and career opportunities in trading & finance.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Achieve admission/enrollment targets as per company goals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure conversions.
• Coordinate with trainers and admin staff for smooth onboarding of students.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admissions.
• Contribute to seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Business, Finance, or Education).
• 0–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
• Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets/trading (added advantage, but training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
