✔️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend tailored learning solutions

✅ Counsel prospective learners and guide them in selecting the most relevant programs

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants, assisting them through the course duration

✅ Track and manage leads effectively using CRM tools

✅ Nurture ongoing relationships with participants to enhance their experience and encourage referrals

✅ Collaborate with senior team members to identify challenges and explore growth opportunities

✔️Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who combine a passion for helping others with STRONG communication and sales acumen.

✔️ Must-Have:

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Good interpersonal and persuasion skills

✅ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines

✅ Familiarity with CRM systems

✅ Confidence in engaging with clients and building trust

✅ Candidates must reside in India

✔️ Preferred:

✅ Prior experience in direct or hardcore sales (e.g., credit card sales, field sales)

✔️ Work Location: Remote

✔️ Shift: General shift

Salary: 3.6 to 4.8lpa (fixed)
