Academic Counselor

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with potential clients via email, phone and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions
• Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements
• Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course
• Manage leads on CRM
• Maintain good relationship with the existing participants
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced candidates (Minimum 2 years to maximum 4 years of proven experience in B2C sales in EdTech industry) can appl
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to handle high pressure and meet deadline
• Knowledge of computer skill
• Ability to build rapport
• Experience in hardcore sales (like insurance / credit card sales) is preferable
