JOB DESCRIPTION – ACADEMIC COUNSELOR

1. Talk to Potential Candidates thru Phone & Counsel Candidates online.

2. Achieve Revenue & Admission Targets set by the Center.

3. To generate new enquiries from Data base by Call, E-mail or SMS / Whatsapp.

4. To handle Walk in Enquiries and follow up with them till they Enroll / Close and same to be documented.

5. Assign Batches to the Students and ensure to collect all the documents required as per JQA.

6. Talk to the Decision Makers and Parents as and when required.

7. To Collect Referrals from the Students & Enquiries and follow up till Enrolled / Closed.

8. To Conduct Workshops In-house / College and generate leads.

9. To maintain MIS and ensure leads are entered in the CRM.

10. To conduct activities for generation of leads / enquiries / enrollments.

11. Update yourself from time to time about the Industry.

12. Attend all the training programs organized by the center and implement the same in your job to improve your conversion ratio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
