Placement Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION – PLACEMENT OFFICER

1. Visit Companies every month and generate vacancies for every student who is available in the data bank.

2. Strive to Achieve Your Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Placement Target.

3. Co-Ordinate with Students and HR’s for Scheduling Interviews and Colleting Feedback post Interviews.

4. Conduct Weekly Placement Related activities for all the batches.

5. 100% Documentation of Placed Students to be collected. (Documents: Satisfaction letter, Appointment Letter, Testimonial etc).

6. Conduct Alumni Meet Once in every Quarter.

7. Conduct PTM along with the help of Technical Trainers Once a Month and Update the Parents about ongoing events in Jetking.

8. Conduct Campus Drive every Week and schedule Students for the same.

9. Prepare the Placement Record every month and submit it on or before 3rd of every month.

10. Collect Recruiters feedback for placed students and update the same in respective Records.

11. Conduct Monthly Mock Interviews for all the batches.

12. Update the Alumni Growth Tracker regularly.

13. Follow the JQA Policy to the T and strive to score 0 NC’s during the Audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
