Senior Telecaller

Job Title: Experienced Telecaller

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a minimum of 4 to 5 years in sales to join our Hairsculture. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales. Experience in the hair fixing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing clients.
• Provide detailed information about hair transplant/ fixing services and answer clients' queries.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

Requirements:

• Those who have prior experience in Hair Transplant/ fixing will get a priority.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Experience in the hair transplant industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
