Make outbound calls to potential students or job seekers. Explain aviation courses, job roles, and placement opportunities. Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Maintain call records and update data in CRM or Excel sheets. Handle student inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the counseling and training team for candidate updates.
