Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell Fixed Deposit (FD) products to potential customers over the phone. The role involves explaining product benefits, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Call potential and existing customers to promote Fixed Deposit products. Explain features, benefits, and interest rates clearly to customers. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed Fixed Deposit accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM. Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth processing of FDs. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate in any field. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or financial product sales preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil (or local language). Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and target-driven. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary (18,000 to 25,000) + attractive incentives based on performance. Training and development support.
