Industry: Saree & Suit Manufacturing Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM Gender Preference: Female (Married Preferred) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing attitude, and the ability to handle clients and follow up on leads effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales for sarees and suits. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads. Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their queries. Maintain daily call reports and customer records in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support the marketing and sales team in promotional activities and campaigns. Handle client feedback and resolve queries professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales or customer handling (preferably in garments, sarees, or fashion industry). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, disciplined, and result-oriented personality. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette. Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and performance. Work with a reputed ethnic wear brand.
