Customer Relationship Executive(CRE) Cum Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle walk-in and telephonic customer queries politely and professionally ✅ Assist customers with product selection and generate sales ✅ Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales ✅ Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback ✅ Ensure store/product display is well managed ✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing Requirements: 🔹 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar role 🔹 Good communication and convincing skills 🔹 Basic knowledge of MS Office or billing software (preferred) 🔹 Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred 🔹 Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets Workplace Policies: Please note and confirm if you are comfortable with the following policies: 1️⃣ Use of personal phones is restricted during working hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). 2️⃣ Paid leaves are currently not part of the benefits. ✅ If you’re comfortable with the policies, then you’re welcome to apply!
