Job Description

We want Tellycaller, who can responsibly do her job and work on target bases, who is punctual and dedicated as well , who wants to grow in this field and can have desire to get good salary as well as incentive Patient Outreach: Make and receive calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups. Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior telecallers, monitor call quality, and ensure adherence to protocols. Lead Management: Handle patient leads, follow up on consultations, and convert inquiries into appointments. Information Sharing: Provide accurate details about doctors, treatments, services, and clinic facilities to patients. Customer Service: Address patient concerns, resolve queries, and ensure a positive patient experience. Record Keeping: Maintain and update patient records, call logs, and appointment schedules in the system. Coordination: Work closely with doctors, reception, and operations team to ensure smooth clinic workflow. Performance Monitoring: Track daily call targets, conversions, and share reports with management. Escalation Handling: Manage difficult calls, complaints, or sensitive patient issues with professionalism. Process Improvement: Suggest strategies to improve patient engagement and telecalling efficiency.
