Coordination: Work closely with doctors, reception, and operations team to ensure smooth clinic workflow. Performance Monitoring: Track daily call targets, conversions, and share reports with management. Escalation Handling: Manage difficult calls, complaints, or sensitive patient issues with professionalism.
