Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure team members meet or exceed performance metrics Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term customer relationships Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to telemarketing. Effectively communicate with the sales and marketing teams, and collaborate to align strategies.
