Job Description

Researching industry innovations, products and trends, identifying business use cases, particularly for new AI products, and developing solutions to accelerate business outcomes for the enterprise.
Technology and Innovation Lead is a strategic and influential position and is responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the technical strategy and direction for respective tech functions.
Market research, alternative analysis and evaluation of technology products, platforms, applications, preparing the use cases and technical documentation.
AI and other product assessment, evaluation, documentation and creating technology proposals.
Drive forward the technology direction to enable the modernization and enable the delivery of advanced technologies, using cloud, AI/ML, data, advanced analytics, and automation. Thus, this role will facilitate both creating new technology opportunities aligned to business priorities, as well as enable new business opportunities led by technology.
Proactively identify and determine cases of Proof of Concept/Proof of Value and set the direction and approach to achieve.
Establish and facilitate the planning activities associated with architecture that includes strategic architecture (2-5 year) roadmap development and management (for AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, Application, and Technology), long-range plan inputs, function specific architecture definition, review and management, and application / technology optimization.
Implement a technology architecture roadmap and future strategy (Modernization of functional architecture - Platform, Information, and Application).
Actively promote best architectural principles and practices, looking for opportunities to go global where possible and maximize re-use.
Ensure that business requirements are well mapped /incorporated into system design and the appropriate technology, skill and tool are chosen and aligned.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, including threats and exploits, and communicate relevant risks to key stake holders, business and technology leaders.
Establish good vendor relationships with key local and global strategic and innovative vendors in technology.
Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.
Maintain an architecture status scorecard (Governance, POC/POV, Modernization, and Alignment with principals), measure, and improve/upgrade the current technical/operational status. Share with stakeholders.
Planning and execution of technology projects, key initiatives or programs.

What you bring:

8-10 years of hands-on solutions architecture experience, with significant focus on AI/ML cloud-native architectures and deployments.
Deep expertise in market research, product evaluation and assessment especially in AI/ML
Hands-on expertise with Cloud Strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP), Distributed systems and saas applications, Data Platforms & Analytics, DevOps.
Working experience with different enterprise applications - SAP, Salesforce, Coupa,Snowflake, ServiceNow.
Deep expertise in the landscape assessment , benchmarking & system, product evaluation.
Familiarity with conversational AI, agentic AI platforms, and Generative AI workflows, including LLMs and MicroApps
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the proven ability to develop audience appropriate communications across both business and technical domains. Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations.
Proven track record of delivering complex programs/projects.
Proven track record on delivering a technical/architectural roadmap and implementation.
Experience in developing architectural direction and gaining alignment with various architectural teams depending on functional scope.
Experience with portfolio management and formal project management methodologies, agile frameworks (including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and solid understanding of associated practices and tools. A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, strong learning agility and innovation interest. Operating with a product first mindset.
Deep understanding of privacy regulations about Information technology and security
