- Accountabilities

- Manage customer request tickets effectively to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate and coordinate cases with leadership when necessary, providing clear communication and follow-up.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting technical growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance product efficiency.
- Contribute to on-call support rotations and ensure timely response to critical customer needs.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or customer-facing roles within software or technology companies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and CRM platforms to manage customer requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge across multiple software solutions.
- Experience mentoring or guiding team members is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
