Senior Technical Superintendent

As a Technical Superintendent at our client, a leading MNC in the maritime industry, you will be responsible for managing the technical and operational performance of 3-4 bulk, container, or tanker vessels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the company's vessels, overseeing routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all international marine requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Efficient technical management and operations of assigned vessels - Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment compliance - Budget management - Human capital development and People management - Relationship management **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Marine Engineer; a degree in business or related discipline would be advantageous - Minimum 1-2 contracts as a Chief Engineer on Container, Bulk carriers, or Tankers Vessels - 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent - Experience in completing dry docking and PSC inspections - People-oriented and enthusiastic about developing shipboard teams - Highly analytical with a proactive problem-solving approach - Good interpersonal and organizational skills - Up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and their implementation In addition to a challenging role with vast career growth opportunities within the organization, you can look forward to a competitive remuneration package and job security.
