Our client is a leading MNC in the maritime industry and looking hire experienced Technical Superintendents Senior Technical Superintendent's / Technical Superintendent's ORGANIZATION: You will be in-charge of managing the technical and operational performance of 3-4 bulk, container or tanker vessels. Your key role is to ensure safe and efficient operations of the company’s vessels, their routine and preventive maintenance, and that all international marine requirements are complied with. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical management and operations of assigned vessels efficiently Health, Safety and Environment Compliance Budget management Human capital development and People management Relationship management REQUIREMENTS: You must be a qualified Marine Engineer; a degree in business or any related discipline will be an added advantage At least 1-2 contract as a Chief Engineer on Container, Bulk carriers or Tankers Vessels At least 1-3 year experience as a Technical Superintendent. Experience in completing dry docking and PSC inspections People oriented and passionate about developing shipboard teams Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem solving Good interpersonal and organizational skills Well updated with the latest regulatory requirements and its implementation BENEFITS: A well-defined role with wide career opportunities to grow further within the organization.
