Job Description

Senior Executive Technical Services

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and oversee operations of MEP infrastructure
Inspect and ensure the operation of machinery and equipment in accordance with shift checklists and the 52-week schedule
Have awareness of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001(Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System)
Bee the first point of contact for all tenants for Hard Service related issues
Monitor vendor operations, billing and adherence to hygiene standards
Responsible to oversee periodic maintenance of equipment as per AMC SLAs with concerned external vendors
All other hard service related issues across the campus.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 9 years of experience handling hard/technical services in a corporate office set up.
Decent communication skills (as role requires interacting with clients)
Exposure to LEEDs and ISO audits will be preferred
