Interior Designer

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing interior design projects, including space planning, selecting and sourcing furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipments and creating relevant drawings. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, architects, consultants and vendors to ensure designs meets company's specifications and project deadlines. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Interior Budget preparation project-wise for sales office mockups/club house/corporate office. Electrical/plumbing/HVAC and furniture AUTOCAD layout preparation/coordination Internal signages location/design/costing to be closed with the agency Selection of internal & external lights/wooden flooring/wall papers wall colors Finalization of kitchen/wardrobes/vanities designs/drawings/orders Finalization of furniture typology as per the furniture layout - excel sheet to be prepared with all type of furniture sizes/polish shade/fabric codes for production. Furniture AutoCAD drawings to be given to the factory for production All the orders for electricals/wooden works/furniture upholstery/floor rugs/mattress cushions/duvets/curtains planters/artwork to be prepared in coordination with procurement, site team for raising the indent/releasing the Purchase orders. Payment requisition request to go to the QS and finance department after getting order acceptance from vendors. The tax invoice to be submitted on monthly basis in coordination with vendors and QS team. Material receipt with invoice & GRN and Budget spent to be submitted to finance QS team after every project completion. Interior renders to be done in coordination with render agency and our internal team. Qualifications: Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning Experience with Architecture and Interior Drawings Knowledge of latest trends, finishes and fixtures. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru. Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field 3 years of work experience.
