Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Pune, MH

We are looking to hire 1 Senior Technical Recruiter who has a minimum of 5 years in US Staffing experience. The recruiter should be hands on technically, understand linked in recruiter, know how to communicate well and has the ability to make multiple submissions in the same day with multiple targets and quality candidates. This job is HYBRID in Pune 4 days/week.

Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
• Source candidates utilizing job boards like Linkedin, Dice, Indeed, etc
• Call/Email candidates with specific strategizes and templates to maximize response rates
• Be able to source GENUINE and QUALITY candidates, and make muliple QUALITY submissions per day
• Make multiple submissions per day on a minimum of 4 targets.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified and active candidates through messaging and group chats
• Partner with sales managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize needs and work aggressively
• Draft job descriptions and post accordingly to line up passive and active candidates
• Screen candidates based on tech stacks
• End to End Understanding of US immigration visas, status, payroll and payment methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Aggressive US Staffing recruiting/sales experience.
• 5 years of full life cycle US Staffing technical recruiting experience is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical recruiting experience mandatory
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
