Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager who excels in identifying and developing business opportunities in the U.S. IT staffing space. This role requires strong expertise in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management—particularly with a focus on sourcing roles in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, iOS, Android , and more. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo.io , and other LinkedIn automation tools to identify leads, engage prospects, and bring positions for the talent we have on our bench. Key Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities related to IT positions including Java Developers, JavaScript Engineers, iOS & Android Developers, and Full Stack Engineers . Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo IQ , and other automation and outreach platforms. Utilize email sequences, social selling strategies, and CRM-integrated tools for prospecting and follow-ups. Leverage data-driven outreach techniques to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline. Engage directly with MSPs, end clients, system integrators , and hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Convert leads into qualified prospects and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure. Coordinate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to align on talent supply and client demand. Stay updated with current market trends, emerging tech roles, and competitive staffing landscapes in the U.S. Maintain activity logs, client data, and performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools. Requirements Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the U.S. IT staffing industry . Strong knowledge of technologies like Java, JavaScript, iOS, Android , and general software development job market. Proven ability to find and close business using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo IQ , ZoomInfo , Lusha , or similar platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn automation and outreach tools for scalable prospect engagement. Solid understanding of U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment authorization types (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting. Preferred Qualifications Existing book of business or warm leads in the U.S. IT staffing market. Experience working with VMS/MSP programs and handling mid-to-large size enterprise clients. Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Location: Hybrid in Pune, MH We are looking to hire 1 Senior Technical Recruiter who has a minimum of 5 years in US Staffing experience. The recruiter should be hands on technically, understand linked in recruiter, know how to communicate well and has the ability to make multiple submissions in the same day with multiple targets and quality candidates. This job is HYBRID in Pune 4 days/week. Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies Source candidates utilizing job boards like Linkedin, Dice, Indeed, etc Call/Email candidates with specific strategizes and templates to maximize response rates Be able to source GENUINE and QUALITY candidates, and make muliple QUALITY submissions per day Make multiple submissions per day on a minimum of 4 targets.
