Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Lead located in Pune. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and overseeing development projects, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and mentoring junior team members. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines, and providing technical expertise. Qualifications Experience in software development, including languages such as Java, C++, or Python Proficiency in project management and team leadership Knowledge of software design principles and architecture Skills in quality assurance and testing methodologies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in IT infrastructure management and modernization is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Show more Show less
