Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a technical lead or a similar role in software development. Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks and technologies relevant to the project. Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools. Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of database administration, system architecture and design and network administration. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred skills and qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
