Job Description

JD Medimaze is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling LIS, HIS, RIS-PACS platforms. If youre passionate about healthcare transformation through digital solutions, this is your opportunity. Candidate Requirements 1. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Biomedical, Life Sciences, or a related field. • MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare Management is preferred. 2. Experience: • Minimum 3 years of software sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare IT sales (LIS, HIS, RIS-PACS). • Experience in selling to hospitals, diagnostic chains, or healthcare networks is a strong plus. • Proven track record of managing sales cycles from lead generation to closure. • Familiarity with software implementation projects Domain Knowledge: • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, especially around laboratory information systems, hospital operations, radiology/imaging workflows, pathology Technical & Functional Skills: • Comfortable with product demos, solution mapping, and basic technical discussions. • Exposure to requirement gathering, RFP responses, and proposal writing. Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and closure capabilities. Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable managing multiple prospects and sales cycles.
