We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join our Indore team and drive the architecture, integration, and execution of next-gen blockchain platforms. Your focus will be on leveraging third-party tools and services (e.g., Fireblocks, Chainlink, Nium, bridges) to build scalable and secure solutions—not reinventing the wheel, but making it spin faster. 🔧 What You’ll Do Define and lead technical strategy and system architecture for multiple platforms Integrate best-in-class Web3 tools, APIs, and blockchain services Manage day-to-day development, sprints, and technical milestones Coordinate with external vendors, dev partners, and internal teams Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and compliance-ready Participate in product strategy, planning, and investor presentations ✅ What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in software development, with 2 in technical leadership Expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Web3 integrations Strong experience with third-party platforms (e.g., Fireblocks, Chainlink, Circle, Nium) Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar back-end stacks Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment 🚀 Why Join Us?
