Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Program Officer, District Level. The Program Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing training programs, coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will also be engaged in data analysis, reporting, and providing feedback to improve training and development initiatives at the district level. Qualifications Experience in program management, implementation, and coordination Strong analytical and data analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of training and development methodology Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and assessment Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Experience in the corporate training or education sector is a plus Show more Show less
