Senior Technical Consultant

As a Senior Technical Consultant/Technical Project Consultant at Hiteshi, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and technical teams. Your primary focus will be on client communication, requirement understanding, and project initiation. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of client communication, including attending discovery calls and requirement discussions. - Working closely with international clients from regions such as USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East to understand their technical and business needs. - Collaborating with Business Development teams during pre-sales discussions to help define scope, technical feasibility, and effort estimation. - Supporting client closure activities by providing the right technical insights and building trust with prospects. - Coordinating with internal teams such as developers, designers, and QA to ensure client requirements are properly understood and addressed. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Desired Skill Set: - 6-10 years of experience in IT services (Mobile application & software development) in client-facing, pre-sales, or coordination roles. - Strong ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with clients. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with international clients. - Experience in supporting BD teams for client closures by offering technical and process clarity. - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
