Job Title: TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST (API & XML Experience) Location: Baner, Pune Shift: UK Shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST) Experience- 8-15 Years Availability- Immediate to 30 Days Skills Required: Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP) and ability to define and document API requirements. Hands-on experience with YAML, XML for configuration and data serialization. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and break down technical requirements into actionable steps. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, especially in translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Project Management Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience supporting projects through the development lifecycle. Show more Show less
