Understanding and documenting current and future state processes

Performing business process re-engineering when needed

Managing initiatives from inception to delivery

Handling escalations and dependencies across cross-functional teams

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Eliciting business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transition requirements

Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams and user manuals

• Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions

Influencing and aligning stakeholders across business and technical domains

• Technical Proficiency

SQL and database querying

Reviewing and understanding complex SQL logic

Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs and systems integration

Understanding & experience of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau

• Agile Methodologies

Working with agile frameworks

Writing user stories and participating in agile ceremonies
