Senior Technical Architect ( Pega CSSA)

The ideal candidate will be Pega CSSA certified with 5-7 years of experience and a strong foundation in object-oriented design

• Deliver highly scalable and efficient Pega environments tailored to client needs.

• Drive innovation through the adoption and integration of Pega Gen AI technologies and products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Gen AI capabilities into Pega workflows.
• Manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders

• Lead by example with a team-oriented approach and a commitment to customer success.
• Rapidly learn and apply new technologies and concepts, translating them into actionable insights.
• Work independently and collaboratively to deliver impactful results.

• Pega CSSA certification must.

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles.

• Demonstrated interest in Gen AI technologies and their practical applications.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in team environments.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding outcomes
• Open to work in 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM IST
