Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions within BFSI industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Conduct bulk hiring campaigns across various levels, including lateral hires and sales hiring. Identify top talent through headhunting strategies to fill critical roles in banking sector. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of non-IT recruitment services. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field (staffing, recruitment). Proven track record of successful headhunting and lateral hiring initiatives. Strong understanding of banking industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
