Talendroid Technologies is an IT services company, specializing in digital transformation, engineering, and IoT solutions Founded in 2021, Talendroid leverages AI, data science, and cloud technologies to help businesses scale their digital talent workforce and deliver intelligent products Learn more about Talendroid talendroid Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday) Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated IT/Engineering Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for technical positions You will play a key role in attracting and onboarding skilled professionals in Full Stack Development, Front-End and Back-End Technologies, Java, C++, Embedded Systems, and VLSI etc, Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with highly qualified candidates in IT and engineering domains Job Analysis: Understand and decode technical job descriptions to match candidates effectively Candidate Engagement: Represent Talendroid Technologies professionally to candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the complete hiring process, from screening to onboarding Database Management: Utilize Naukri Resdex and other recruitment tools for effective candidate sourcing Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies Required Skills & Qualifications Engineering Graduate with 45 years of experience Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to understand and evaluate technical job descriptions Experience in Naukri Resdex and other recruitment platforms Familiarity with technical skills such as Full Stack Development, Front-End and Back-End Development, Java, C++, Embedded Systems, and VLSI Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
