Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused, and result-driven Senior Talent Acquisition professional who loves hiring, understands business needs, and can attract the right talent at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with business stakeholders
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently
• Ensure candidate availability for interviews and smooth coordination with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely closures
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage

Desired Skills & Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
• Good knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate-centric mindset with a professional approach
